I would like to thank Andy Blum and Blum Services, Inc. for the exceptional finishing job that they did on our second floor addition during the hottest month of the summer in 2007.
His personal work ethic and complete concern for the client was and is a very valuable commodity in the world today. The level of honesty and "do the job right" attitude is what has impressed both my husband and myself more than anything else.
Andy Blum was never too far away if we needed him for any question or concern. His project manager, Bracy Bahm, was in constant contact with us to make sure that everything was going well. Andy, himself, visited our home numerous times, checking on progress. Our construction time was about one month.
I would like to personally thank another of Blum Services staff, lead carpenter, Rick Phillips. He bore the brunt of most of the construction and finishing details. Rick's attention to detail and passion for his work is second to none. He was very accommodating, on so may levels, with our work schedules and wishes.
We are also very impressed with Andy Blum's selection of sub-contractors and the level of professionalism and "quick work" that they all displayed. It is, indeed, a delicate balance of organizations that come together to make a construction project work and run smoothly. That was indeed the case with our home.
In the future, if we need additional work finished in our home, we will definitely call Blum Services to answer it. They are a rare find in the world today and should be given the chance to prove it over and over.
